We are the sister site to foodlogique.com  and the newly launched freerangeclassroom.com 

We are committed to supporting the physical, emotional and social health and well being of all children and teens through educational programming that emphasizes physical movement & Sensory Education & Whole Child Literacy.

'S.M.Art' Stands for : Stories, Movement, Art and these are the three main components or our programs. We believe that health and learning go hand in hand, and our children's programming as well as our parent education and professional development programs reflect this theme.

About Our Founder:

Barbara Gini, is an educator, author and  founder of BodyLogique® Health & Learning,   S.M.Art Kids® Adaptive Movement, R.E.A.Ch™ Relaxation Education and the S.A.F.E Spaces™ programs. She has more than 20 years experience working with special needs children.

She is a member of & certified by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, (NESTA), Educational Kinesiology Foundation & the After school Alliance. She is also certified in holistic nutrition, Brain Gym and meditation.

Barbara has been invited to consult with & conduct children's programs, and professional development workshops & webinars for educators & camp providers throughout the US, Canada and beyond. Barbara has also helped local organizations establish & implement enrichment *programming & other projects for children with & without special needs. (*See below for details)

In her spare time, Barbara provides volunteer services & programming for schools, learning centers, youth organizations, public libraries, therapeutic riding farms & for special events in the tri-state area.

Music & Storytelling Program
Her jargon-free, no nonsense approach is simple, interactive & fun. She has a passion for helping children learn through stories, games & art, and aims to teach parents and other educators how to do the same.

Barbara works with parents, educators & families of both neuro-typical children & adults as well as those with special needs. She has published a variety of books & articles on Whole Child approaches to Health & Learning. Barbara is available to present fun, interactive & educational programs & workshops to your school, event, team, business or group.
